Fantastic camp last night: silent apart from nature at it's best. Best sightings whilst there were a kingfisher with a fish and a dipper. Best audio was a combination of tawnies and blackbirds.
The race was hard with a punishingly hilly bike leg and a really poorly-surfaced urban run, but we both did OK (pics).
Drag of a drive back now but once again vindication that it's possible to cram a huge amount of living into a short space of time.
