It's a while since I've spent any time in this part of the Peak District. It takes me back to SHU days - especially those spent on field trips.
It's nice here: once away from the honeypots. At the coordinates shown now (pic), a gravel track on the tops.
It's been a funny season to this point. Most of my pre-race camps have featured heather, grouse, meadow pipits and skylarks. Not quite sure why this keeps happening...
