Bumbled up to Anglesey and spent some time on the southeast of the island mooching around the numerous dune complexes. Stonechats and orchids were abundant.

Seen some interesting aircraft here including fighters in diamond formation, Hercules and a Chinook.

Lots of tourists here and lots of tight land control, so finding a place to kip hasn't been the easiest.

We've ended up at the coordinates shown and though not immediately spectacular is actually something of a gem. Lots of geese, gulls, egrets and other random birdlife on the adjoining waterways and the road we're to one side of is virtually unused.

The whippet's having a great time. He's a big fan of beaches, sand dunes and diving for airborne snacks.
