THIS BLOGSITE IS PRIMARILY A LOCATION RECORDER / AIDE-MÉMOIRE FOR SOLO ROAD TRIPS AND DOMESTIC TRUCK TRIPS. IT'S ALSO SOMETIMES USED TO LOG OTHER RANDOM ACTS OF LOAFING AROUND.

NONE OF IT IS MEANT TO BE PARTICULARLY INTERESTING.

POSTS APPEAR IN DATE ORDER WITH THE MOST RECENT FIRST, BUT NAVIGATING TO SELECTED TRIPS OR FILTERING BY ACTIVITY IS EASILY ACHIEVED BY FOLLOWING THE RELEVANT LINKS.

Loafing - England

Blacktoft hard-core. Follow the link and go to satellite view. The RSPB wouldn't approve, it isn't a place that Hunter-wellies would cope.

Genuinely quite unnerving amongst 3 metre tall reeds with quicksand-like estuary mud underfoot and the Trent sloshing angrily by. You could get stuck here and not be found: ever.

Worth it though, saw a whooper swan close by.
