Loafing - Day 1 - England

Blogging at 21:00 on Saturday 16th December from intended overnighting spot N 52.86465°, W 01.55649° / http://maps.google.com/maps?q=loc:52.86465%2C-01.55649

Out in the L200 mainly to see Bri on his boat and to sort dodgy double-glazed window unit on Monday morning in Newark.

Bit of a crap day really. Lost power on M1 and then engine warning light came on. Now in limp mode. Fantastic.

Tried to cheer myself up with a visit to Willington Wetlands nature reserve but it's entirely flooded and access to the birding lakes impossible.

At least I've seen Bri for a while and am now hunkered in a dark corner of Mercia Marina. It's a bit close to the main road for my taste but I'm behind security fencing and barriers so should be OK.
