Called at the Wash on the way back up towards Lincolnshire where we saw good numbers if whoopers and dark-bellied brent geese plus the usual suspects and literally thousands of birds-too-far-away-to-identify out over the expanses. Would like to have stayed longer but foul weather came in.

At the coordinates shown now and even though we got here after dark saw a few brown hares.
